Gerranium principal Alison Griffiths has a background in Banking and the Financial Services Industry. Through these media she has built up an extensive knowledge of, and practice in project management from inception to completion, business continuity planning, contract drafting, tendering procedures (both in going to tender and responding to tender requests), data transfer and data mapping... plus a few more skills such as team leadership, general accounts etc.

The Gerranium team backing Alison brings knowledge of business management, teaching/coaching, French and Spanish translation and project management and are also very practiced at data entry and mapping. When not working on Gerranium projects they work on their own projects within their specialist areas.

We believe that this mix of experience and flexibility enables us to help firms with solid practical advice, ideas and planning. If you are looking for glossy brochures and buzz words then we may not be the best answer for you (although we can do jargon if called upon). However, if you are looking for affordable realistic advice then why not give us a try.
